Today go meatless for yourself, and the people in your life. Go meatless for your health. Eating the rainbow once a week isn't going to kill you, in fact it will help save you! I have lots of good intentions for meatless meals, I even have a Pinterest board with yummy looking recipes, but I get lazy. I really want to be better at this so today I'm renewing my efforts to plan for meat free meals. Join me?
