National Nothing Day YES!  Permission to do nothing today. I wonder if my Boss will be okay with this... *wink* Actually, the more I thought about this the more I thought about today could be the day you choose to do nothing about a conflict. Just sit on it for today, let your feelings simmer down, let their feelings simmer down. Then tomorrow pick it back up.  Or today don't do anything about that email you received that is patronizing, let your feelings separate from it before you respond back.
