Have a Bad Day Day   Having been on both ends of customer service this day I resonate with. Bad Customer Service isn't always the fault of the customer service rep. Sometimes it is instigated by the, wait for it, customer. *GASP* Newsflash : the customer is not always right. Now, that being said if the customer is wrong it doesn't warrant poor behavior from the customer service rep.  To quote Rodney King, "Can't we all just get along?" Both customer and customer service rep need to behave, to remember their manners, and to extend civilities. Maybe You Get Bad Customer Service Because You're a Bad Customer It is a huge pet peeve of mine when customers act like jerks and treat the person trying to help them like dirt because of some false entitlement that they are "always" right.
