International Children's Book Day Go to the library or a local bookstore and read some children's books...either by yourself or with kiddos! This is a great day to donate to an organization that promotes reading and literacy for children. Reconciliation Day   ( additional information ) This day has two separate reasons for observance.  Both are equally important.  Read the links and you'll see what I mean. So today, why not observe both kinds of reconciliation? Seek reconciliation with those you might be in conflict with.  Do what you can to gain peace. Seek ways to foster reconciliation between people of different colors, ethnic backgrounds, and cultures.
