#ManicMonday

Sometimes I feel like I have to piece together my Monday. Like I have several to-do lists that I need to somehow merge together to make one, picking one item off of each list to create a new one.                       Can anyone else relate? I don't know why Monday seems to have the longest and perhaps most tedious to-do list but it does. So if today your monday is feeling like it needs to be pieced together step one is this: breathe. deep, deep breaths. Then gather your list(s) and make a new one of only the musts. Don't let this monday make you manic - make it listen to you instead.

Sometimes this is how Monday looks. But it doesn't have to all day long, it can turn around. The choice is, frankly, ours. Try turning it back on Monday and see what can happen! Start your #ManicMonday off with a laugh!

#ManicMonday

Like clockwork Monday comes around every seven days. We have short memories - it seems Tuesday through Sunday makes us forget about Monday. And when it comes back around we are so surprised...and usually dismayed! HA! Manic is usually a word that conveys a negative emotion or behavior BUT the dictionary doesn't put it that way. It talks about excitement and energy. Now that seems a better way to start off a Monday, don't you think?

I'm just putting out there what you were already thinking, or should I say singing... And you are very welcome! *wink* I think we should change the traditional thought meaning of manic. Here's what Webster's (dictionary) has to say, officially: manic adjective  man·ic \ˈma-nik\ : having or relating to a mental illness that causes someone to become very excited or emotional : very excited, energetic, or emotional So let's be EXCITED & ENERGETIC about Mondays, shall we? C'mon who is with me? Who is ready to have a new and improved #ManicMonday ?
