If it's a person, they don't even need to know that you are done taking what they dish - draw your boundaries and stick to them.  If it's a situation, evaluate what the frustration is and brainstorm ways to draw boundaries around it as well. If you've been feeling like a doormat then today is the day to turn that around, refuse to take that treatment any longer.
