Meal-Kit Delivery Services have caught on. Have *you* participated? I haven't yet but have considered it from time to time. Nowadays there are so many different ones out there that how is one to choose? It seems that first you start with your main entree preferences - vegan, vegetarian, meats (any or all), seafood and from there you can begin to cull through all the choices.  The meal-kits are designed for a few different reasons: 1) broaden palettes and expose people to new and/or different foods. 2) give people alternatives to fast food and sodium/calorie heavy restaurants. 3) provide people and families opportunities to create delicious food together. Sloths popped up in my awareness with this hysterical segment on Ellen... I don't know if it's because Kristin Bell freaked out so adorably over sloths that made them a recent trending topic but now they are everywhere! And they, slowly, have grown on me too. (Get it? With the numerous personality type tests available, one of which I talked about during a #SelfieSaturday in January, do we really need another one? Well, no. No, we don't but that hasn't stopped several type indicators from being developed. In fact, Gretchen Rubin came out with her type indicator recently. But for this #TrendingTuesday I want to talk about a type indicator that is a little different from the ones we are used to hearing about. The Enneagram is a typology of nine interconnected personality types. It's thought to have been around since the 4th century but nobody seems to know for certain. What we do know is it came into conversations in the 1950's with Oscar Ichazo and then later, in the 1970's, with Claudio Naranjo. It gained popularity with the spiritual community when some Jesuit priests heard Naranjo teach on it and felt it spoke strongly to the spiritual component of our lives.
