I'm sorry, you are talking about who exactly?!

Live in such a way that if anyone should speak badly of you no one would believe it. Unknown

Ever been in a conversation and between you and whomever else is speaking there's a lot of nodding and agreement over the words/behavior/attitude of someone that has been mentioned?  Usually it's negative*, at least in the scenario I just kind of described.  And that's a shame.
What you really want is for someone to accuse "you" of something negative - a word/behavior/attitude - and the other person to be like, "No way!  That is not typical or like fill in the blank with "your" name at all."  That's the desired response right there.  Now we all have bad and off days so all of us have behaved badly at some point but if we are known for consistently being negative, grouchy, angry, grumbly, etc then there's a problem.  (Yes I am so talking to myself right now!)
How are you living your days?  Is the lemonade you are making sweet or sour?  If I know you and someone came up to me and mentioned you in conjunction with a negative character trait or bad habit would I nod my head in agreement or defend your innocence?  And really I need to ask those questions of "you".  If you know me how do I come across - sweet or sour?  I try to be mindful, I try to be way more sweet than sour. I'm not sure if I accomplish that or not but I'm sure striving for it.
So how about you?  What are people believing about the things they overhear someone saying when it comes to you?  True or False?

*It's too bad that this is always thrown into a negative light.  Why aren't "we" nodding our heads in agreement more often when it is nice and positive things said about someone?!?

One Day Without Shoes Day Today is to raise global awareness for children’s health and education.  Why shoes? Because shoes help protect from bacteria in the dirt, rusty nails, dirty needles and shoes enable feet to withstand the long distances most children in developing countries need to walk to get to school. Join TOMS One for One There is plenty of criticism out there for TOMS and its short term solutions. Critics don't even buy the "at least they are doing something" statement.  However, you have to start somewhere. And every bit of awareness helps something go from short term to long term.  We all have a part to play. Read a Road Map Day One of the many reasons I would stink at The Amazing Race is because I never did learn how to read a road map well.  I remember doing worksheets and class lessons on maps and I was able to skate by to pa
