Whoa!  Read that again!  We spend the same amount of energy, work, time, effort making ourselves strong or making ourselves miserable.  That's a powerful thought to ponder.  The ways in which we expend said things look different but the amount of those things is the same.  One way will lead to your life being enriched, the other way will lead to you wading in muck and mire.  Gee.  Which sounds more appealing?  The good news is that you can always change directions.  So if you find yourself wading around in muck and mire make a direction change today and start gaining strength!
