#MarriageMonday


How long have you been with your spouse? Whether it has been a year or 60 or somewhere in between it might be time to review your commitments to one another - to revive the fun - to remember why you were so ready and willing to live with this person for the rest of your days.

A few years ago the hub and I went through a rough patch - as all marriages will and do - and spending time was rare and frankly quite difficult. But we had made a promise to work things out when they needed to be worked out and to go the distance so we re-established date night. One month he planned them - the next month I did and so on. We did things that had us spending time together in ways that reintroduced the comfort level between us. Maybe that's what you and yours need - or maybe you just need to remember to have fun together!  Here's a couple of ideas (below) and you can find more on my Pinterest board for all things marriage.
